Meet the Founder

Hey, I’m Karina! Corporate escapee, creative true and through, and the founder of Élan Assist.

Before launching Élan, I spent years in the corporate banking world supporting senior leaders and managing high-level operations. I became a master at managing chaos, customizing support, and making sure everything got done with grace, precision, and confidentiality. I was thriving on paper. But deep down, I wanted more.

More creativity.
More freedom.
More meaning in my work.

I didn’t just want to support people; I wanted to empower women. And I wanted to do it my way.

That’s why I created Élan Assist: a business that merges my love for clean systems and soulful strategy with high-touch, human-first support. A business where women, especially those building alone, could feel seen, supported, and actually helped.
